Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $100,000 - $130,000 annually
ProSal compensation model with 20 - 22% production
Quarterly production payouts
Opportunity for compensation review after 90 days
Additional compensation available for extra shifts worked

Three weeks of PTO, accrued based on schedule factor
Additional compensated Flex Time available for vacation, sick time, holidays, personal time, or continuing education
Full-time DVMs: 6 days annually
Part-time DVMs: 2 days annually
