A modern, well-established fully private small animal hospital located in Moore, just outside Oklahoma City, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join a supportive and collaborative team.

• $100K$120K Base + 20% Production | Private Hospital | Realistic OTE $150K+

An established client base and full diary are already in place, allowing you to be productive from day one.

You'll be working alongside experienced clinicians in a positive, team-focused environment with access to advanced equipment and support for professional growth.

Practice Highlights


Full-service hospital seeing small animals and exotics (optional)
Established caseload with strong client demand

Advanced facilities including:

• Dentistry (including dental radiology)
• Therapeutic laser
• Endoscopy
• Ultrasonography
• Digital radiology
• CT (computed tomography)
• Excellent technician and support staff with 2.5 technicians per DVM

Support available for developing interests in:

• Rehabilitation, Holistic care & Exotics (if desired)
• Collaborative, personalised care culture

Schedule

• Flexible working options
• Midweek-only schedule available if preferred
• Full-time benefits at 35 hours per week

Typical hours:

• 8:00am 5:00pm / 6:00pm / 6:30pm
• Most doctors work 40 hours across 4 days
• Option for 5-day schedule if preferred
• Option to work Saturdays in exchange for a weekday off

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 $120,000 (DOE)
• Production Bonus: 20% with all Doctors to date hitting production bonus targets
• Realistic OTE: $150,000
• $5,000 signing bonus
• $5,000$10,000 annual retention bonus (negotiable)

Time Off:

• 2 weeks PTO plus
• Public holidays
• 3 days CE leave
• $2,500 CE allowance

Requirements

• DVM / VMD degree
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Oklahoma
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
