We are seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join an AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified small animal practice located in Shavano Park, San Antonio, Texas.

This well-established five doctor hospital has proudly served the community for many years and is known for its exceptional standards of care, loyal client base, and supportive team culture.This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who values collaboration, high-quality medicine, and the flexibility to develop special clinical interests within a positive, low-stress environment.

Hospital hours

• MondayFriday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Flexible scheduling with options to start or finish earlier or later

• 4 x 10 hour shifts generally requested for full time
• Saturdays on rotational basis only

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000$175,000, based on experience
• 20% production compensation with no negative accrual
• Relocation or signing bonus available
• 3 weeks of PTO plus 1 additional week dedicated to CE
• $3,500 annual CE allowance

About You

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure
• Comfortable with routine surgery and dentistry, or motivated to develop skills with mentorship
