A well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in League City, Houston, TX is expanding its team and seeking an Associate Veterinarian.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern high quality service focussed GP setting with the option to see exotics and small farm animals including chickens, goats, and pot-bellied pigs.

• 40-minute appointment times to support high-quality patient care

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time options available

Hospital hours:

• MonFri: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM &
• Sat: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM (One in three Saturdays, with plans to transition to one in four)
• Dedicated one surgery day per week for each DVM
• Non-surgical schedules also available if preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000$150,000 base salary
• Additional earnings via 20% ProSal (no negative accrual)
• $2,000 CE allowance + 3 CE PTO days
• 401(k) with company match

• All licensing fees, professional memberships, and liability insurance paid

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas
• Open to new graduates, including 2026 DVMs seeking strong clinical guidance
