•Comprehensive diagnostic audiology
•Hearing aid fittings and dispensing
•Tinnitus assessment and management
•Cochlear implant referrals and evaluations

•Real Ear Measurement (REM) best practice
•Ongoing aftercare, servicing, and repairs
•Teleaudiology support

The Role

This position offers a balance of clinical autonomy, patient interaction, and performance-based opportunity.
You will be responsible for:

•Delivering high-quality diagnostic assessments and hearing care
•Providing expert counselling and patient education
•Supporting hearing aid fittings and verification (including REM)
•Managing tinnitus cases and complex hearing presentations
•Maintaining excellent patient outcomes and satisfaction levels
•Contributing to clinic performance and growth targets

Career Pathways
Two clear development routes are available:

Clinical-Focused Audiologist

•Higher base salary
•Non-commission structure
•Ideal for clinicians focused on patient care and diagnostic excellence

Performance-Focused Audiologist

•Lower base salary with strong earning potential
•Realistic OTE: $165,000$185,000
•Top performers: $250,000$300,000+

A hybrid structure may also be considered depending on experience and preference.
Long-term progression into senior clinical or leadership roles is actively supported.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
8:00am4:30pm
Daily team briefing (8:008:15am)
Scheduled lunch break (12:001:00pm)
Fully in-person, patient-facing role

What They're Looking For

•Strong diagnostic audiology and patient counselling skills
•Confidence discussing modern hearing science, cognition, and early intervention
•Experience with hearing aid fittings and verification (REM preferred)
•Ability to manage a busy clinical workload effectively
•Strong communication and organisational skills

Compensation & Benefits
Clinical-Focused Audiologist

•$110,000$125,000 base salary

Performance-Focused Audiologist

•$165,000$185,000 realistic OTE
•Top performers $250,000$300,000+
