Key Duties

A Veterinary Medical Director is responsible for overseeing the medical operations and staff of a veterinary clinic, hospital, or organization

Managing staff: The Veterinary Medical Director is responsible for managing the staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing ongoing support and feedback. They must also ensure that the staff follows all regulations, policies, and procedures, and that they provide excellent customer service to clients
