Mobile Veterinarian Role, Tampa

Our client are looking for dedicated and passionate veterinarian doctors who have at least 1 year experience, have a full clean driving lessons and who are skilled in surgical procedures such as spays/neuters and dentals

This amazing opportunity is to operate as a mobile veterinarian, where you will offer treatments in your clients own homes, where your client's pets feel relaxed making the experience more relaxing for both your clients and their companions.

You will be provided with full equipment, supplies, drugs, and a company vehicle. Our client will give you the freedom to hire your own nurse, who will accompany you throughout your days. A competitive salary is on offer to the nurse giving you scope to bring in a highly skilled person to support you day to day.

This amazing opportunity can offer you a more flexible work life balance, and will give you the freedom to manage your own working weeks. Whether that be working a 4-day week and typically a 32 hour working week. In addition you would be required to work one Saturday a month giving you more freedom at weekends. You would also be able to choose your working hours whether that be 10-7:00pm or 8-5:00pm etc.

Our client are looking for veterinarian doctors who ideally have at least 1 year experience, have a full clean driving lessons and who are skilled in surgical procedures such as spays/neuters and dentals


Key Duties

  • Spaying and Neutering small animals cats and dogs
  • Test for and vaccinate against disease
  • Operate a range of medical equipment such as x-ray machines
  • Update pet records following each treatment and medical procedure
  • Treat and dress wounds
  • Able to examine to assess pets health and diagnose the cause of illness

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • An outstanding, energetic veterinarian.
  • DVM/ VMD Required
  • Full clean driving lessons
  • Comfortable with advanced medicine cases
  • Must have surgical skills such as spays/neuters and dentals
  • A strong communicator who loves building relationships with client
