Global Talent Partners is delighted to work with a well-established practice in Pasco County, Florida which is seeking a Full-Time Emergency Veterinarian.

Experience is preferred but new graduates seeking mentorship and guidance are invited to apply!

This small animal practice provides urgent and emergency critical care as well as general practice medicine, including diagnostics, internal medicine, surgery, work-ups, to name a few. The doctors are highly skilled and compassionate whilst the support staff are dedicated and highly trained. The aim is to provide gold standard veterinary care.

To provide a wide range of services, the practice is well-equipped with a dedicated pharmacy, large spacious surgical and isolation rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound, diagnostic lab, blood bank, and much more.

Key Duties

• Full-Time, After Hours, and Weekend Veterinary Care
• Emergency, wellness and preventative care
• Pet surgery including urgent care and monitoring
• General Medicine: Animal medical services for diagnosing and treating health conditions and much more

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• DVM/VMD/NAVLE degree or equivalent from an accredited university
• DEA License (can be acquired upon hire)
• Active State License
• USDA Accreditation (can be acquired upon hire)
• Proficient surgical and medicine skills
• A compassionate, empathetic and energetic veterinarian
• A strong communicator who loves building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
• A person who possesses strong emotional intelligence and is a team player
