This amazing, privately owned practice near Phoenix, AZ is seeking a new veterinarian to add to their fantastic team


This practice embodies hard work, community and practicing high quality medicine. As a member of this team your role is to put the needs of the client first and ensure their loved ones are taken care of the best of your ability. This multi doctor practice sees small animal and equine patients from the surrounding area, their support team offers 2-3 techs per doctor.

This rural practice is located a few miles out of Phoenix Arizona and is surrounded by the serene natural beauty of the country with the benefits of being so close to a major city. With over 10,000 square feet of space, multiple operating spaces and consultation rooms, you have all the equipment and facilities to offer the best possible service to your clients.

What makes this practice truly special is the love for medicine. This role does not work on a production model, your bonus is given based on the quality of medicine and integrity as a veterinarian. This ensures that you do not need to compromise your morals as a veterinarian to hit production targets, you can offer the best medical care because it is what is best for the patient. But you are not penalised because of this, with yearly salary reviews and bonus options you have every opportunity to earn a great wage while offering amazing medicine.

This practice does offer urgent care, out of hours, emergency care and general practice medicine to the local community. As a veterinarian at this practice, you will be expected to be on call on some occasions, but not always.
