Hi I’m Liam Fordham one of the directors of GTP Healthcare. Having worked in recruitment since 2006 and with Veterinarian’s and Veterinary Hospitals since 2009 I have gained a wealth of experience in the industry and a valuable understanding about the challenges faced in the industry. I have a passion for delivering the best possible consultative service to both job seekers and employers in helping both achieve their aspirations.
Developing a consultative approach to recruitment is something we have successfully developed within our team of consultants as we look to deliver a tailored approach for each individual we work with in either finding a new position or hiring a new team member. By working this way we are successful in providing high quality recruitment solutions and significant tenure of people we place in new roles.
Outside of work I am kept extremely busy with three daughters and they love being outdoors so we’re often out and about walking, swimming in rivers and seas and looking for our next adventure. I have also recently started scuba diving and hope when they’re old enough they can join me!
