Hi, my name is Leigh, and I am the Managing Director of Global Talent Partners.
I started working in recruitment straight from university, where I studied sports and exercise science. I immediately knew that I had come across something that could give me everything I wanted from a career.
I created Prospect Health in 2002 and love working within the healthcare market. The synergy between my degree and the healthcare sectors we work with has enabled me to gain a deeper understanding of the requirements of these markets, and I love nothing more than learning and acquiring knowledge so that we can create something a little bit different from the norm.
My role these days is mainly strategic, making sure we do the right things as a business and creating and maintaining an infrastructure to take people with potential and help them excel in order to deliver a highly consistent level of service to the clients and healthcare professionals we work with.
After being born and raised in Harrogate, it feels good to be able to support my hometown through job creation, and I feel very proud that Harrogate is our base.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my family and 2 kids, and I also have a passion for the odd round of golf!
