Hi, I’m Lauren, a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Global Talent Partners.
With over 15 years in the veterinary profession, including many years spent working within companion animal practice across multiple hospitals and teams, I know firsthand that finding the right veterinary role is about much more than the position itself. It’s about finding a hospital where you can thrive both professionally and personally.
I consult across Central USA, partnering with veterinarians and practices throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, North Dakota, South Dakota and Nebraska. My background in clinical operations, business leadership, and small animal practice allows me to provide practical insights and honest guidance throughout the recruitment process.
I pride myself on building long-term relationships and helping veterinarians find opportunities that genuinely align with their career aspirations, values, and lifestyle goals.
When I’m not connecting great veterinarians with great hospitals, I’m happiest outdoors. Whether it’s enjoying paddleboarding on the bay or winter on the ski field, I believe in making the most of every season, usually with my dog not too far behind.
Let’s connect if you’re exploring your next opportunity or looking to build a great veterinary team.
