The Practice

The organization provides central clinical and operational support, enabling Optometrists to concentrate on delivering excellent patient care.
You'll join a supportive team committed to maintaining high clinical standards, developing its staff and creating a positive experience for patients and families.

Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive eye examinations for children and other patients
• Diagnose refractive errors, ocular conditions and vision-related disorders
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment and vision care plans
• Provide preventative eye care and educate patients and caregivers
• Identify and refer complex cases requiring specialist intervention
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold high clinical standards
• Work collaboratively with clinical support teams to provide outstanding patient care
• Contribute to the ongoing development of a supportive and effective practice environment

Requirements
• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Active Colorado optometry license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical abilities and excellent patient communication skills
• Genuine interest in working with children and families
• Pediatric optometry experience desirable but not essential
• Ability to obtain or maintain Medicaid provider credentials and an NPI
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
