This is an autonomous, sole provider role covering Thursday through Saturday 24 hours/week - perfect for a driven, personable clinician ready to make an impact in a thriving dental setting.

The practice has been growing consistently since opening two years ago in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Now, with a strong patient base and an average of 60 new patients per month, we're looking to add a committed Associate Dentist to meet growing demand and maintain the highest clinical standards.

Key Duties

Location: Ultra-modern standalone building in central Bridgewater with its own parking lot.
Team Structure: 2 Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and a Sales-based support role
Technology: CBCT, Open Dental software, latest scanners and practice technology
Services Offered: Implants, Invisalign, and general family dentistry.

Performance: This office is the highest performing in the group!

The Role

Schedule: 3 days/week - Thursday, Friday & Saturday
Responsibilities: Independent clinical care, treatment planning, maintaining high-quality care for a diverse patient base, with opportunities to grow your implant and Invisalign case volume.
Must haves: Strong communication, a collaborative spirit, and drive to help patients.
Nice to have: 2 years of experience, though newly qualified dentists will be considered.
Opportunity: This is a new role, created due to patient demand. You'll be the sole provider on these days with full support from the wider team.

Compensation & Benefits

Earnings: 90 day guarantee upon joining, with tiered production system up to 40% or optional flat rate structure.
Pay Frequency: Weekly based
Paid Time Off: 12-15 days per year based on tenure (not pro-rated).
CE Support: $1000 per year Additional Benefits: Medical, vision, 401(k) with employer matching), $20k life insurance (expandable), and more - all available from 24 hours/week.
