About the Role

As the Hearing Instrument Specialist, you'll take full ownership of the patient journey. From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids. You'll ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, supportive experience while driving the clinic's performance through excellent care, efficient operations, and strong leadership.

This position also includes managing the daily operations of the Glenwood Springs office, and playing a key role in its continued success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations (including air/bone conduction, SRT, MCL, LDL, speech testing, and sound field assessments)
  • Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on individual patient needs and lifestyle
  • Deliver outstanding follow-up care and long-term patient support
  • Oversee daily office operations and supervise support staff
  • Monitor clinic performance and contribute to local marketing initiatives

Package and Benefits

  • Salary: Up to $85,000 base + commission (flexible based on experience)

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and dispensing
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Strong organizational and office management abilities
