An established, patient-focused hearing healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Care Provider to join their team and help patients reconnect with the sounds of life.

Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 $100,000 per year (Base + Commission)

Responsibilities As a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Care Provider, your role will include:
Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments for patients
Educating patients on hearing health and treatment options
Fitting, adjusting, and fine-tuning hearing aids using best practices
Providing ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborating with a professional, compassionate team to achieve the best patient outcomes
Qualifications The ideal candidate will be:
Licensed to practice as a Hearing Aid Specialist in the relevant state
Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others
Skilled in patient communication, counselling, and education
Proficient with modern hearing technology and hearing aid software
A team player with a proactive approach to patient care
