An established, patient-focused hearing healthcare provider is seeking a full-time Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Care Provider to join their team and help patients reconnect with the sounds of life.

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $60,000 $100,000 per year (Base + Commission)
  • Competitive compensation structure with the potential for high earnings based on performance.

Responsibilities
As a Hearing Instrument Specialist / Hearing Care Provider, your role will include:
  • Conducting comprehensive hearing assessments for patients
  • Educating patients on hearing health and treatment options
  • Fitting, adjusting, and fine-tuning hearing aids using best practices
  • Providing ongoing support and follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborating with a professional, compassionate team to achieve the best patient outcomes

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be:
  • Licensed to practice as a Hearing Aid Specialist in the relevant state
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to improving the lives of others
  • Skilled in patient communication, counselling, and education
  • Proficient with modern hearing technology and hearing aid software
