With six clinics currently and plans for rapid expansion, this role is perfect for a Hearing Instrument Specialist/Audiologist who wants independence, growth, and the ability to directly influence their income and success.

About the Role

They are seeking a driven and organised Audiologist / Hearing Specialist to join their team. This highly autonomous role includes:

• Managing their own clinics and patient appointments.
• Conducting in-office hearing tests and fittings.
• Recommending and dispensing hearing aids to patients.
• Generating leads and performing initial hearing screenings at community events.
• Ensuring follow-up care and patient satisfaction.

Key Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in audiology.
• Organised, motivated, and sales-focused.
• Master communicator with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.

Training & Support:

• Intensive initial training during Week 1 with ongoing remote support.
• Mentorship from senior leadership to help achieve clinic and personal growth goals.

Benefits & Package

• Base Salary: $45,000$60,000 per year.
• Commission & Bonuses: 10% on sales, plus $25/event appointment bonus.
• Paid Vacation: 12 days/year + 5 sick days + 5 national holidays
• Private Healthcare: 6% contribution toward medical, vision, and dental (optional top-up).
• Travel expenses covered for community outreach days.
