About the Role

• As the Hearing Instrument Specialist, you'll take full ownership of the patient journey.
• From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting state-of-the-art hearing aids.
• You'll ensure every patient enjoys a seamless, supportive experience while driving the clinic's performance through excellent care, efficient operations, and strong leadership.
• This position also includes managing the daily operations of the Glenwood Springs office, and playing a key role in its continued success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations (including air/bone conduction, SRT, MCL, LDL, speech testing, and sound field assessments)Recommend and fit hearing instruments based on individual patient needs and lifestyle
• Deliver outstanding follow-up care and long-term patient support
• Oversee daily office operations and supervise support staff
• Monitor clinic performance and contribute to local marketing initiatives

Package and Benefits

• Salary: Up to $85,000 base + commission (flexible based on experience)Relocation Assistance: Available, if applicable

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Current license to dispense hearing instruments in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain one)Proven experience in hearing aid fitting and dispensing
