Hearing Care Professional / Audiologist ? Full Time

An established, patient-focused hearing healthcare organisation is seeking a motivated Hearing Care Professional / Audiologist to support clinical services across two well-established community-based clinics in Northern New York State.

Compensation

•Minimum earning potential: $75,000 $100,000 in the first year
(base salary + performance bonuses)
•Signing bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

The Hearing Care Professional will be responsible for delivering comprehensive hearing healthcare services and supporting the patient journey from assessment through to long-term care.

Responsibilities include:

•Conducting comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
•Identifying patient needs and recommending appropriate hearing solutions
•Fitting and dispensing hearing instruments and accessories
•Providing ongoing patient counselling, education, and aftercare
•Supporting successful patient outcomes and long-term hearing rehabilitation
•Engaging in community outreach and patient education initiatives
•Delivering high-quality communication with patients and colleagues
•Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records
•Upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and patient care

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate both clinical competence and a strong patient-first mindset.
Required qualifications:

•Active New York State Hearing Aid Dispensing licence or Doctor of Audiology (AuD) with dispensing eligibility
•Minimum 2 years' experience in hearing aid dispensing or fitting (preferred)
•Strong track record in patient care and/or sales performance
