Our independent ENT and Wellness practice in Spring, TX is seeking a skilled and confident Audiologist to join our multi-specialty team. This vacancy arises as our current Audiologist transitions to a pediatric-focused role, leaving behind a thriving, well-established adult patient base.

What You Will Do

  • Autonomous Clinical Care: Lead the audiology department, conducting comprehensive hearing evaluations and tinnitus consultations.
  • Hearing Solutions: Recommend, fit, and program advanced hearing technology tailored to adult patient lifestyles.
  • Patient-First Support: Provide compassionate counseling and long-term follow-up care.
  • Practice Growth: Collaborate with the medical team to increase clinical volume through local outreach and relationship development.
  • Future Expansion: Opportunity to introduce and develop vestibular services (currently referred out) if desired.

Working Hours

  • Monday Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Patient Care: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
  • Admin Time: 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM dedicated to documentation and planning.

What We're Looking For

  • Clinical Expertise: As the primary audiology expert on-site, you must be confident in your diagnostic and dispensing skills.
  • Strong Communicators: Someone prepared to advocate for patient health and explain complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
  • Culture Fit: A social, professional, and motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, independent practice setting.
  • Experience: While we prefer experienced Audiologists, we are open to considering highly motivated newly qualified candidates
