Audiologist

Modern Facilities| Truly Patient-Focused | Autonomous role with Outstanding Leadership

An established private Audiology practice in Georgia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist (Au.D.) to join their high-performing and genuinely supportive team.

With a long-standing reputation for delivering excellent patient care, this independently owned group offers a refreshing alternative to high-pressure, sales-led environments. You'll have the autonomy to deliver gold-standard care, a flexible schedule, and the backing of a leadership team that understands exactly what you need to thrive.

About the Role

This role has opened due to a long-term provider stepping away to care for family. The clinic has a full patient book ready to go, offering a strong earning potential and immediate impact.
You'll be seeing a varied caseload of adult patients in a relaxed, unpressured setting - with appointment times designed to allow for thorough, compassionate care. No vestibular work is required, though the practice is open to adding it back in if that matches your skillset.

Key Duties

• Conduct comprehensive adult audiological evaluations (6075 minutes per appointment)
• Fit and dispense hearing aids with a focus on patient outcomes, not sales quotas
• Provide follow-up care, counselling, and ongoing hearing health support
• Collaborate with an Audiology Assistant and Patient Care Coordinator
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Participate in practice development, contributing ideas to support growth

Package and Benefits

• $75,000 to $95,000 + structured bonus (Monthly & Quarterly Incentives)
• 23 weeks PTO + additional holidays (Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Your Birthday, company birthday, etc.)
• 401k with 3% match
• Health insurance (60% employer-paid)
• Fully funded CEU event + AudiologyOnline subscription
• Paid licensure and academy memberships (state + national)
• Malpractice insurance and scrubs covered
