The Role

This is a full-time, patient-centered clinical position where you'll have real autonomy to deliver care the way it should be, without sales pressure or rigid KPIs. Your primary focus will be on diagnostics, hearing aid fittings, and delivering exceptional care, with flexibility to shape your day-to-day schedule and clinical focus.

• Specialty Services: Vestibular and Auditory Processing Disorder assessments are offered in-house. Don't have experience yet? We'll train and support you to get there.
• Veterans Program: You'll play a role in a new initiative, providing hearing exams for veterans as part of their benefits eligibility. This is the only clinic in the area doing this work.
• Autonomy & Collaboration: You'll work independently, but with daily support from management and twice-monthly AuD meetings for collaboration, case discussion, and continuous improvement.
• Scheduling Control: Providers can build their own appointment templates for balance and productivity. There's support to make your schedule work for you. Expectations are clear, but flexibility is key.
