They are a well-established, family-run hearing care practice with roots dating back to 1970's.

With long-standing locations in the Oakland area, and a newly opened third site in nearby town they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, patient-first care within the community. Following recent growth and expansion, they are now looking for an additional clinician to join their close-knit team and help support increasing patient demand.

The Opportunity

This is an ideal role for a clinician who enjoys both clinical work and patient engagement and is motivated by building relationships and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives. The clinician will work across the 2 local locations, managing their own clinic room with a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments
  • Deliver hearing aid consultations, fittings, and follow-up care
  • Build strong, long-term patient relationships
  • Guide patients through their hearing journey with care and clarity
  • Contribute to overall clinic performance through ethical, patient-first recommendations

Candidate Profile

They are seeking a confident, personable clinician who can combine clinical expertise with strong communication skills.

The candidate may be:

  • An Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
  • Experienced (ideally 2 - 5+ years), though they are open to trainable candidates with strong interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits

Audiologist:

Approximately $90K+ (with potential to exceed $100K based on performance)

Hearing Instrument Specialist:

  • Approximately $70K
  • Quarterly bonus structure (post-onboarding)
