Audiologist/Hearing Dispenser

A growing, multi-location audiology practice serving New York and New Jersey is seeking a confident and motivated Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist (HIS) to join one of it's, NY location.

Candidates with experience in adult hearing care, hearing aid dispensing, and patient counseling are encouraged to apply.The practice serves an affluent, discerning adult patient base and is focused on both clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, including hearing solution sales.

The Role

You will manage the full clinical patient journey, including:

  • Diagnostic hearing evaluations (primarily adult patients)
  • Fitting and dispensing hearing aids (traditional and extended wear/Lyric devices)
  • Real Ear Measurement & Speech Mapping
  • Assistive device recommendations
  • CAPD assessments and tinnitus management (AuD) Audiologists only
  • Patient counseling and follow-up
  • Supporting practice growth through excellent patient engagementThis role requires a professional who is clinically strong, personable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. Hearing Instrument Specialists with strong sales and patient management skills are encouraged to apply.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's or Doctorate in Audiology or appropriate HIS certification/license
  • Licensed (or eligible) in New York
  • Strong interpersonal and patient counseling skills
  • Ability to manage a full clinical schedule independently
  • Commercial awareness and confidence presenting treatment options
  • Organised, professional, and motivatedExperience is preferred, especially for candidates who can demonstrate patient engagement and hearing aid conversion performance
