Full-Time | Independent, Research-Led Hearing Care Group | High Earning Potential
Are you the kind of Audiologist who believes hearing care should be proactive, research-driven, and life-changing not reactive and transactional?
A fast-growing, independent hearing healthcare group in upstate New York is expanding and opening a brand-new, purpose-built location. As part of continued regional growth (currently five established clinics, soon to be six), they are seeking a full-time Audiologist to join the team and play a key role in launching and developing this new standalone practice.
This is a newly created position due to expansion not a replacement.

About the Practice

This independent, regional audiology group has served its communities for over 15 years and has built a strong reputation for:
•Research-informed clinical care
•Early identification and treatment of hearing loss (including mild and hidden hearing loss)
•Incorporating cognition and aging discussions into patient counseling
•Exceptional patient experience reflected in consistently strong reviews
•Modern, spa-like clinical environments engineered for comfort and optimal outcomes

Services include:

•Comprehensive diagnostic audiology
•Hearing aid fittings and dispensing
•Tinnitus management
•Cochlear implant evaluations
•Pediatric evaluations
•Speech-in-noise testing
•Real Ear Measurement best practices
•Teleaudiology
•Ongoing service, repairs, and ear care

Average provider performance is 40 units per month, with top performers exceeding 80+.
The clinic will be a standalone, fully modern site with private provider offices, brand-new audiometers and sound booths, strong support staff (2 providers, 2 PCCs, phone specialist), and daily structured team communication.

The Opportunity

Two potential pathways are available:

-Regional Audiologist

•Higher base salary
•Non-commission structure
•Potential travel between sites
•Ideal for clinicians focused purely on clinical excellence

-Selling Audiologist

•Lower base salary with high performance-based earnings
•Realistic OTE $165,000$185,000
•Top earners $250,000$300,000

Hybrid potential may be discussed.
There is also a long-term Clinical Director pathway for the right individual.

MondayFriday
8:00am4:30pm
Daily 8:008:15am team briefing
Closed 12:001:00pm
In-office, patient-facing role.

Key Objectives

•Deliver outstanding, research-led patient care
•Increase hearing solution adoption and patient satisfaction
•Support the growth and performance of the Practice

What They're Looking For

•Strong diagnostic and counseling skills
•Confidence discussing cognition, early intervention, and modern hearing science
•Experience with hearing aid fittings, REM, tinnitus care
•Ability to manage patient volume effectively
•Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Newly qualified Audiologists are welcome if they demonstrate coachability, strong work ethic, and alignment with the practice philosophy.
