What You'll Do
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient pediatric care across a defined panel.
  • Conduct age-appropriate screenings and anticipatory guidance for children from infancy through adolescence.
  • Manage preventive care, immunizations, and chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes, and obesity.
  • Collaborate with care coordination to close pediatric gaps in care and improve HEDIS metrics.
  • Develop care plans for high-risk patients, working with specialists and community partners.
  • Educate and engage families with clear, culturally sensitive communication.
  • Document accurately and utilize clinical dashboards to track and improve outcomes.
  • Patient population: Approximately 80% Medicaid, 10% Medicare and 10% fee-for-service, with a strong focus delivering high quality care to underserved and vulnerable communities

What You Bring
  • MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics or Experience working in Paediatrics
  • Current Florida medical license and DEA registration; PALS certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years outpatient pediatric or value-based care experience preferred
  • Experience with Medicaid/underserved populations and pediatric HEDIS measures strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a family-centered approach
  • Proficient in EMR/EHR systems
  • Bilingual abilities a plus
