Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Prepare patients for exams, record vital signs, and gather medical histories to ensure a thorough patient experience.
  • Assist Providers: Work directly with healthcare providers during exams, procedures, and treatments, making a direct impact on patient care.
  • Medications & Immunizations: Administer prescribed medications and immunizations with precision and care.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked, clean, and compliant with infection control standards, keeping our center organized and efficient.
  • Seamless Front Office Support: Assist with front office operations, ensuring patients flow smoothly through the center.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain and update patient records in the EHR system to ensure accuracy and compliance.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is bilingual in English and Spanisha must to ensure we can serve our diverse patient community.
  • Has a high school diploma (or equivalent).
  • Has completed an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred).
  • Holds CMA or RMA certification (preferred).
  • Has 1+ years of experience in a medical office setting, ideally working with Medicaid populations.
  • Possesses strong communication and organizational skills and has a passion for patient care.

Compensation:

  • Starting Pay: $17/hour
  • Midpoint: $20/hour
  • Top Pay: $23/hour (Based on experience)
