What You'll Do
What You'll Bring
MD or DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
Active Florida medical license (or eligibility)
2+ years of experience in outpatient or value-based care (preferred)
Strong commitment to serving underserved populations
Comfortable using data and working in team-based care models
