Small Animal Medicine Specialist (Board Certified / Diplomate / Residency Trained)

Are you a qualified Small Animal Medicine Specialist (ECVIM or ACVIM) or a residency-trained board-eligible medic? We invite you to join our dynamic team in Perth. This role offers flexibility with options for part-time (3 days per week) or full-time (4 days per week) positions, allowing ample time to explore the stunning surroundings of Western Australia.

Practice / Hospital / Referral Centre Information

We are a multi-disciplinary hospital with a focus on team-oriented patient care. Our facility spans 1400m² and features advanced diagnostic equipment including a 1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT, two C-arms, two digital radiography suites, a feline radioiodine unit, and endoscopic equipment. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care through close interaction between our specialties, including Anaesthesia, Emergency and Critical Care, Surgery, Dermatology, Dentistry, and Radiology.

Departments

You will be part of a highly skilled medicine team consisting of four ECVIM medicine specialists and two ECVIM residents. Our 24/7 ECC clinic ensures that patients receive continuous, high-quality care.

Our state-of-the-art facility includes:

  • 1.5T MRI
  • 64-slice CT
  • Two C-arms
  • Two digital radiography suites
  • Feline radioiodine unit
  • Endoscopic equipment

Our team includes board-certified specialists and residents across multiple disciplines, working collaboratively to provide comprehensive patient care.

We are looking for a dedicated Small Animal Medicine Specialist with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. A personal drive for excellence and a collaborative approach with the hospital team are essential. Sponsorship for a visa to work in Australia will be provided.

Qualifications Required

ACVIM or ECVIM board certification, or residency-trained and board-eligible in Small Animal Medicine
