Overview

A well-established multi-doctor practice in North Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative and friendly team.

You will provide gold-standard care to pet patients who need surgery, wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, dental care, behavioral and nutritional counseling and end-of-life care to name a few.

You will have an exciting, varied case load and have access to board-certified specialists in surgery, internal medicine, radiology, and ophthalmology.

The practice offers a flexible schedule with no on-call and no evenings which means you will have a great work/life balance.

Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply as practice wants to help you flourish and offers dedicated mentorship and guidance!

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • DVM/VMD/NAVLE degree or equivalent from an accredited university
  • Provincial DVM license or eligibility for assessment
  • Proficient surgical and medical experience
  • A compassionate and energetic veterinarian
  • A strong communicator who loves building rapport and long-lasting relationships with clients
  • A person who possesses strong emotional intelligence and is a team player
